Your Challenge 

As a Senior Manager Cyber ​​Security, you operate independently or in a team at clients for both international and local customers. The company is developing in various sectors and is looking for driven professionals to further expand this success. As an expert in the field of cybersecurity, you are responsible for devising, executing and expanding cybersecurity assignments for your clients. In addition, you keep a close eye on market developments and you are involved in the further expansion of the Cybersecurity services. You also represent the entire service portfolio, and you advise on the most diverse topics in the field of Cybersecurity based on your current knowledge. From perspectives such as risk management, Governance & Compliance and technology, you design and implement technical and/or organizational security measures or act, for example, as an ad-interim (part-time) (chief) security officer or data protection officer. You ensure a strong and balanced relationship with the customer and high quality of your services and you make an active contribution to the internal and external professional profiling at organizational level. In addition, from a management perspective, you also know how to inspire your team members and bring them to a higher level. You also acquire new clients in broad or more specific customer segments such as Financial services, the public sector and/or (medium-sized) corporate companies.

This is you

With your substantive knowledge in the field of cybersecurity and privacy, you are able to think along with your clients at a strategic level and advise them on matters such as: cyber risk management, privacy and awareness. You see your daily challenge in a diversity of clients and you know how to enthuse and convince them with your knowledge and strong advisory skills. You are able to think out-of-the-box and work problem-solving from a strong analytical and innovative framework. You have highly developed commercial skills and an active network within medium-sized corporates, public sector or family businesses.

You have:

  • a completed academic education relevant to the technical and/or organizational aspect of information security (such as Business Information Science, IT, Technology or Law)
  • a CISSP, CISA, CISM, RE or equivalent certification;
  • at least 4 years of solid commercial consultancy experience in business services;
  • a proven track record in education and experience within the field of cybersecurity;
  • a healthy dose of perspective that enables you to view situations from new angles;
  • an active network within medium-sized corporates, public sector or family businesses.
