About the Organization:

As a Sales & Recruitment professional you will participate in the expansion and growth of the firm and manage various internal processes.
Your challenge would be to:
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and creatively thinking of solutions.
- Manage and guide complex sales processes.
- Connect the right internal (national & international) technical colleagues to projects.
- After-sales & Relationship Management.
- Participate in hiring processes.
About You:
This organization is seeking a sales professional with a hungry, ambitious spirit. You are an excellent listener and truly care about assisting your customers in resolving their issues. Having a customer-centric frame of mind is crucial for establishing solid connections with clients and taking them to the next level of success. You have outstanding time management skills and are very good at juggling several tasks in a busy environment. You are defined by your versatility and the soundness of your judgement in a variety of situations. It is also essential to successfully handle both external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Sales
- Understanding of (or a high interest in) the Cyber Security industry
- Commercial mindset
- Plus is an established network in the recruitment industry
- Dutch speaking
