About the organization

The organization serves a diverse clientele, including governmental institutions, law enforcement, commercial companies in various industries (financial, aviation, healthcare), and universities. Specializing in guiding customers towards a Zero Trust policy, the founders are accomplished Zero Trust Network Architects with extensive industry experience, having collaborated with numerous Fortune 500 organizations. The organization aims for substantial growth and is seeking a Sales Director to play a key role in achieving this objective.

As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and growth of the organization, overseeing various internal processes. They are seeking a professional with the following experience, skills and attributes:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing Skills:
    • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting and staffing, with the ability to identify and onboard top-tier talent.
    • Facilitating collaboration with the appropriate internal technical colleagues to support projects successes.
  2. High Performer:
    • Proven track record of high performance in sales, consistently exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Leading and guiding complex sales processes to ensure successful outcomes.
  3. Client Farming:
    • A strategic approach to client management, with the ability to nurture and grow existing client relationships. You should be adept at understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities.
  4. Business Development Strategy:
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to formulate and execute comprehensive business development strategies. This includes identifying new market opportunities, analyzing industry trends, and positioning the organization as a leader in the field.
    • Ability to manage a sustainable pipeline of new business opportunities.
  5. Team Building:
    • Experience in building and leading successful sales teams. This involves recruiting, mentoring, and developing team members to achieve collective and individual goals.
  6. Handling Feedback:
    • Exceptional ability to handle feedback constructively, both giving and receiving. A willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback is crucial for continuous improvement.
