As a Senior Manager within the Resources Client Group, you’ll lead client accounts in Energy, Chemicals, Natural Resources, and Utilities sectors. Leveraging industry expertise, you’ll guide organizations through dynamic landscapes. Responsible for both sales and delivery, you’ll coordinate across Service Groups to provide tailored solutions. As a Client Account Lead, you’ll lead transformative engagements across various sectors within the resources industry. Your contributions will drive impactful change while providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities: 
  • Drive and close new business opportunities, focusing on fostering long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Coordinate the mobilization of knowledge, capabilities, and experts from market-leading Service Groups to address client needs and challenges effectively
  • Develop client-specific value propositions and formulate proposals to ensure client success
  • Lead all activities in the sales cycle, from initial proposal development to negotiation and deal closure, while keeping the team motivated throughout
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of work at the client, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Receive hands-on guidance, coaching, and career mentoring from experienced Client Account Leads
Requirements: 
  • University Master’s degree;
  • Minimum 6 – 8 years of relevant experience, with several years in consulting (sales and delivery)
  • In-dept understanding of (a specific part of) the Resources industry, a relevant network is desirable
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a team-oriented and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships
  • You have strong business acumen and have demonstrated excellent project management skills
  • You are not afraid to take on end-to-end responsibility during a sales and delivery cycle
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written), fluency in Dutch is desirable
